NEW Young Adults Group (Age 18-30)
Every Wednesday from Wednesday 6pm - 7:30pm we offer group therapy for young adults between the ages of
18 -30 years old.
The therapy group is a very enriching experience for anyone struggling with a range of issues from anxiety or depression to extended periods of study or securing employment. The group is a robust space to explore these struggles and get response from other members. It like being part of an extended family and helps reduces isolation and improves mental health and wellbeing.
There is no fixed topic each week, you can bring whatever you want to talk about to the group in a safe way.
There is a set fee for the group assessment and group sessions and we do offer low fee places.
