One-to-one Counselling for Adults

One-to-one counselling for adults is helpful for a range of feelings including depression and anxiety. You might already have a sense that talking to someone about your feelings could increase your emotional wellbeing.

What does one-to-one counselling for adults cost?

The initial consultation carries a non-refundable fee on a sliding scale (minimum £10) dependent on your income.

At the initial consultation you will negotiate an on-going contribution towards the cost of the counselling. We subsidise our counselling services so that you will not be prevented from getting the help you need due to lack of money. Your contribution will be based on what you can afford.

How do I make an appointment?

We are currently making changes to develop our range of counselling services. Unfortunately, during this current period of review, we are unable to admit new referrals or clients to our individual counselling and family therapy services however we are open for referrals to our group therapy groups.

In the meantime, if you need individual counselling or family therapy urgently, please contact your GP, or use one of the following links to source support in your local area.
