Make a Wellbeing Support referral
Care professionals and key workers, as well as family and friends, can make a referral to our Wellbeing Support service.
The person you are referring must be able to meaningfully engage with the Wellbeing Support team in order to benefit from the service. They must be able to understand what the Wellbeing Support service offers and give informed consent to this referral being made.
Befriending referrals
Our Befriending service is provided by volunteers so unfortunately we cannot help everyone.
We may be unable to support people with complex mental health issues, complex cognitive or memory issues, or those who are unable to engage fully, appropriately and respectfully with us. We assess each referral on an individual basis.
