Christmas in the Village, Sunday 1st December

Join us for a day of festive fun for all the family – all wrapped up with carols around the Christmas tree!

Christmas in the Village, the ever-popular festive shopping and family fun day, is back on Sunday 1st December and is jam packed with activities for the whole family to enjoy. 

Santa will be greeting and treating children in his Grotto all day, apart from at lunchtime when he’ll be taking part in a horseback parade down the High Street, complete with Elves and bells!

Organised by the Wimbledon Village Business Association in aid of Wimbledon Guild, the event includes a Christmas Market, Santa's Grotto, Santa and Elves horseback parade, festive food and drink, fairground rides, children's story time, music and dance sessions, face-painting, balloon shows, and music from a host of choirs and bands. 

The day will be wrapped up with the switching on of the Christmas tree lights with sing-along carols, mince pies and a glass of mulled wine for the grown-ups.
