Grief can affect people in different ways. Whether you’re looking to reminisce about someone you’ve lost, or you feel like you’re struggling to cope with life following a bereavement, we have a range of support services available to people living in Merton. Find out more below.

How can we support you

Individual Counselling

Individual therapy may be suitable if your bereavement was more than 6 months ago.

The Thursday Group

This support group provides a safe, empathetic space for you to share difficulties such as loneliness, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss.

Befriending

If you can’t get to Wimbledon Guild, we’ll work to connect you with one of our wonderful volunteer befrienders.
