We run different courses and workshops throughout the year. These are open to adults aged 18+ who live, work or study in Merton borough.

Learn about and practise ways to be assertive and maintain healthy boundaries

Social Walking

Explore a local park, get fresh air and try some simple mindfulness techniques.

Price

Courses and workshops are free to attend unless otherwise stated.

Please note – these are not drop-in groups. You need to enrol in advance and meet with the therapist to check that the workshop/group is right for you.
