Assertiveness and Boundaries Course for people living with diabetes

About this course

Open to adults aged 18+ who live, work or study in Merton, or have a Merton GP.

In this free course you’ll learn about and practise ways to be assertive and maintain healthy boundaries, as part of a small, closed group.

We’ll look at health issues and how developing assertiveness and boundaries can positively impact all areas of our lives.

You’ll take away skills to help you live an independent life with increased choice and control.

Our final course is in early 2025, which is tailored to those living with diabetes (type 1 and 2):

Thursday 16th January - 13th February 2025

This course will take place at WG Morden, 3-4 Crown Parade, Crown Lane, Morden, SM4 5DA.

Sessions take place on Thursdays from 10 - 11.30am.

This course is run by psychotherapist Nalini Persaud.

Spaces are limited. Group members will need to commit to all 5 sessions and enrol in advance.
